Restart Skript

This is my first Skript and I have had no issues with it. So I thought of making a restart countdown that's really easy to use and will help a lot of servers owners. So I came up with this.

/restart now » Restarts the server instantly.

How does it work?
The restart with the addon simply counts down and disables chat with the last 10 seconds. I found this would be helpful to prevent the spam that occurs on most servers. This simply makes the console run /mutechat. Due to it running this command it requires you to have litebans. It runs /kickall also requiring essentials. This stops players from being able to glitch some blocks out of GUIs when they get disabled.

The one without the addon counts down and simply restarts. In the end, it kicks all members before the plugins become disabled just like the addon one.

Addon Version » Litebans, Essentials & Skript.
Normal Verson » Essenitals & Skript.

This also requires you to have /spigot:restart executable by console as all other restart commands are blocked and will make this Skript be activated.
