By simply clicking on a special paper you can use it.
If you use one it will get removed from your inventory.
You also have to wait 1 minute to use the next one.
If you use one you'll have a 50% chance of getting cured.
You can see how long it will take with the updating actionbar.
There's a countdown (3 seconds) and a message when it's done.
The only command is optional:
/GiveMeMyPoisonCure - For admins to get one
