Roach Maintenance is a plugin made by @klishdev aka RoachLumbox, It mostly contains the features to turn your server into maintenance mode. It is 100% customizable. And I personally would prefer a shot at it.
The plugin contains 2 commands with simple information on how to turn it on and off. The second command contains information about the plugin. I'm also currently working on making this plugin compatible for all versions.
