Roof Patch: Patch Elytra+ cheating on your server!

The plugin is now more compatible, slightly faster and other small changes to make your experience better have been implemented. Next update: You will be able to completely ban nether flight or just limit it. You will be able to toggle it for each world instead of nether / not nether.
