RoyalChatGuard

Here is a very useful & very simple plugin that allows you to add delays for chat and commands for your players. You can also customize the time for the delays in the configuration file. You can also add the permissions to ranks to be exempt from the delays, useful for staff and as a simple donor feature.

Permissions:
royal.chatguard.nochat - Exempt from the chat delay
royal.chatguard.nocommand - Exempt from the command delay
royal.chatguard.admin - Reload the config (/chatguard reload)

Commands:
/chatguard reload - Reload the configuration file

Configuration File:

Chat: 2000 #Delay in ms (1000 ms  = 1 second)
Command: 1000 #Delay in ms (1000 ms  = 1 second)
