RPGPickUP - slow pickup

Description:
This plug-in will make lifting items on the server in slow motion. The character will raise one item with a delay such that you specify.
The plugin is suitable for RPG servers with bosses, often of which drops a lot of drop, and because the entire drop previously hit one player, the rest remained with a nose.

Features:
- Messages can be changed and customized.
- The delay in picking up the object is adjusted

Commands:
- / rpgpickupreload - reload config

Permissions:
- rpgdrop.reload - gives permission to the command above
