NOTE I HAVE TESTED THIS IN 1.12 AND THE PLUGIN AS A WHOLE DOES NOT WORK, I WILL BE PATCHING THIS SOON!
The other versions have not been tested, use at own discretion, latest version is compatible with versions listed above.
Permissions
RubyPermissions.change - needed for any commands
RubyPermissions.createRank - needed to create ranks
RubyPermissions.createSuffix - needed to create suffixes
RubyPermissions.addPerm - needed to add perms to a rank
Commands
/RubyPermissions - the base command
/RubyPermissions <setrank> <playername> <rank> - sets a rank to a player
/RubyPermissions <setsuffix> <playername> <suffix> - sets a suffix to a player
/RubyPermissions <createrank> <name> <prefix> <default> - creates a new rank in game
/RubyPermissions <createsuffix> <name> <suffix> <anything> - creates a new suffix in game
