Rules And Agreement GUI [Skript]

This has only been tested on 1.12/1.12.2

If anyone would test it on other versions and it works, let me know in PM.

What does this Skript do?
When a player first join your server they will get a GUI with a list of rules and two buttons, Agree and Disagree, If they click Agree , they will be free to play the server, if they click Disagree they will be kicked with a reason message, If they don't click either of the two buttons, they cannot talk or move in game.

Current known bugs: Dev-build 35 of Skript (Now fixed in Dev-Build 36) is bugged with Tuske, so you must use Dev-Build 36
