With this plugin , you can see the rules of the server with the command :
/rules !

The plugin is 90% modifiable with the config.yml !
You can modify the rules and the prefix of the plugin !
-----------------------------
Any permission is required because the all the players must read the rules !
This is a little plugin , but it's my first plugin I upload who has the config.yml !
