RunLater :: Delay a command, as console or as a player! [1.8

Permissions:
runlater.admin : Use of this command.
runlater.bypass-all : Bypass sudo commands when /runlater #all.

Usage:
/runlater <#console/#all/{username}> <delay ticks> <<command and args>|<c:Chat text>>

delay ticks: 20 ticks = 1 second (if your server is not lagging)
#console: Run as console
#all: Sudo all players.

Examples:

/runlater #all 20 c:@r is stupid. 
After 1 second, force everyone to pick up a random username and say: "XXX is stupid" where XXX is the username that randomly picked up. 

/runlater #console 100 give @r diamond 1 
After 5 seconds, give a random player a diamond.

Filters:
@r : Will randomly select a player's username.
@p : Current sudoing player's username(not applicable to #console).

Configuration:
This plugin is so simple that you won't need any configurations.
