Added support for ersatz you can now add placeholderapi api's with ersatz, the one that you get outta the box comes with the rank prefix api that means that if a player has a rank with prefix: " [ VIP ] PlayerName " then the message that will be sent in chat when he joins will be " + [ VIP ] PlayerName "
