SanityMC

- Added WorldGuard Support - Added 4 WorldGuard Flags, only two matters for now, sanity-gain allows sanity to be gained in a specific region, sanity-loss allows sanity to be lost in a specific region. All flags are set to true by default. - Maximum Sanity can now be configured (This is not useful much yet, but will be in future updates) - Default Sanity can now be configured (Starting Sanity) - Default Sanity is now set to 200 by default. - More than 1 custom command can be added in the config.yml for each sanity event.
