    - ➕ /sd get <player> <scoreboard> command added
    - View stored database values for any player on a specific scoreboard.
    - Fully permission protected.
    - Shows:
    - Player name
    - Scoreboard name
    - Saved score from the database

    ️️⚒️Improvements:

    - All messages have been standardized to English
    - Consistent formatting across all commands
    - Scoreboard names are now wrapped like: [SD] Scoreboard '<name>' ...
    - Improved clarity in command feedback
    - Added colorized tag [SD] prefix for all output messages (except raw data output like /get).
