Secret Santa

About
SecretSanta is a command based system to simplify gift giving on your server!

Features
Manage a Naughty/Nice list - If you're on the naughty list you can be punished AND you don't get your presents!
Gift items to others - Set aside your currently held item for another player to open later!
Redeem gifts - Once you're allowed to, you can receive any gifts other players have set aside for you!

Commands
/naughty - Add a player to the naughty list
/nice - Add a player to the nice list
/punish <player> - Punishes <player> with 1 of 5 random punishments if they're on the naughty list
/punish - Punishes everyone on the naughty list
/rateme - Check whether you're on the Naughty or Nice list
/nncheck <player> - Check whether <player> is on the Naughty or Nice list
/gift <player> - Gifts your currently held item to <player>, and can only be redeemed with /redeem.
/redeem - Receive any gifts that have been /gift to you. Only works if you're not on the naughty list.
v 0.1.5 - /praise <player> - Blesses <player> with 5 effects at once (lasts 60 seconds).
v 0.1.5 - /praise - Praises everyone on the nice list.

Custom Messages
Check messages.yml in the plugins folder to update the plugin name and messaging you give players.

chat_prefix - The plugin name prefix
bad/good_player_added_self - Shown to player when they're added to the naughty/nice list
bad/good_player_added_other - Shown to person who adds player to naughty/nice list
bad/good/neutral_player_redeem - Shown to person when they /redeem
bad/good/neutral_player_list_self - Shown to person when they /rateme
bad/good/neutral_player_list_other - Shown to person on /nncheck
gift_sent - Shown to person when they gift to another player
gift_notsent - Shown to person when they're gift was not sent (eg, sending air)
no_perm_* - Not used currently.
