This is a really small plugin, not meant for larger servers but better for smaller ones. All it gives is two, potentially useful commands depending on your usage of them!
The commands will send an anonymous message to a user, allowing you to contact users through the command without giving away information. There is also a command to send a message to all online players. Note: Messages support color codes, so you can make colored messages and potentially mimic players sending something. This could be used for trolling and other purposes so be careful giving out OP and permissions.
/sendmessage <Player> <Message>
