Tested up to 64, require latest Optifine
per permission view distance:
smvd.tiny 4
smvd.near 6
smvd.normal 9
smvd.far 12
smvd.extreme 15
or set view distance in number:
smvd.value.[int 1-64]
sample: smvd.value.64
effective after rejoin
