What this Plugin do?
If you type /setmotd <nemotd> and you have the Permission motd.setmotd
the ServerMotd changes!
This Plugin create a Motd.yml you can edit it too.
Commands:
/setmotd <newmotd>
Permissions:
motd.setmotd
