admin-alerts-break: alerts when breaking locked shulker boxes
admin-alerts-interact: alerts when interacting with locked shulker boxes
disallows-lock-non-empty: whether or not locking is disallowed for non-empty shulker boxes
explosions-break-locked: whether or not explosions break locked shulker boxes
messages-as-titles: true to send notifications only as titles, false to send as messages
