ShoutAlert(With TITTLE!)

ONLY WORKS ON 1.8.+
What is it?
With this plugin you can send a message to all server members with the Title, Acion bar or on the Chat, (only works on 1.8.+)
How to use it?
To use this plugin you only need to type the following commands:
First you need to type /shout (The main Command)
To view all command do /shout help

If you want to add a space you need to write %e instead of the space i will change it later (Some bug report please)

Why this: Because the program and Minecraft didn't know when you want to finish writing :)

Actiobar Command: /shout actionbar &4More &6Colors &b:3&k|||

For Actionbar
ShoutAlert.Actionbar
For the Chat
ShoutAlert.Chat

On the config file you can edit the prefix and some messages
