Sieve

- Added configurable crafting recipe for the sieve block. - Added configurable name tags. - /sieve addhand will now automatically add the item into the sift-able config if it does not exist (including the new item you want to add in the drop table)

- Quick bug fix (Forgot to remove debug actions)

Note: If you are using an old version of Sieve, you need to delete your config.yml to load the new format or change the config.yml to follow the new format. - New config.yml format allows for NBT tags on items to drop. - New command: /sieve addhand - Allows admins to add items to the drop table without the hassle of adding it manually to the config.yml - New permissions: sieve.addhand, sieve.*
