Fixes the "r" sign issue when using a 1.8 client on 1.12.2 servers.
Sign Issue
When you place a sign while being on a 1.12.2 server while you are using a 1.8 client, all emty lines will turn into "r".
(You can login on 1.12.2 servers with 1.8 clients using for example ProtocolSupport).
This is an issue for all the latest 1.12.2 (Paper/Taco) Spigot versions.
How does it get fixed?
This plugin just simply changes the line with "r" into an empty line.
