SignReplacement

SignReplacement allows you to sign signs with your name and the current date. Type %name% (can be changed) on a sign and it will be converted to ~ YourName (can be changed). The same you can do with the current date: %date% will be changed to ~ 2019/XX/XX . The date format can be changed.
