Portal creation

  1. Create a portal by writing in a sign:
    [Portal]
    Portal Name
    Destination Portal Name
  2. Create another portal with the name specified in the first portal

Permissions

signsportals.create - Allow to create portals
signsportals.use - Allow to use portals
signsportals.use.other - Allow to use other players' portals
