Simple Grappling Hook

"grapplinghook.craft.basic" - Permission to craft basic breakable grappling hook. Default: true unless turned off in config 
"grapplinghook.craft.unbreakable" - Permission to craft unbreakable grappling hook. Default: true unless turned off in config 
"grapplinghook.use" - Permission to use grappling hooks. Default: true unless turned off in config 
"grapplinghook.command.reload" - Permission to reload configuration. Default: op 
"grapplinghook.command.give.self" - Permission to use give command to give self grappling hook. Default: op 
"grapplinghook.command.give.others" - Permission to use give command to give others grappling hook. Default: op 
"grapplinghook.command.give.self.unbreakable" - Permission to use give command to give self unbreakable grappling hook. Default: op 
"grapplinghook.command.give.others.unbreakable" - Permission to use give command to give others unbreakable grappling hook. Default: op 
"grapplinghook.admin" - Parent permission for all command permissions. Default: op 
"grapplinghook.player" - Parent permission for all crafting and user permissions. Default: op (useless unless those permissions are changed to not default to true in config)
