Simple Scoreboard Library ! (Only for Java Developers)

This update implements the 1.13's changes about teams, increasing their max length. 1.16 only -> This also fixes a few issues of text losing its real color on the 17th character and more (before). However, it could still happen but after 64 characters (rare to reach). To "bypass" it, just indicate the color again when the texts loses it or colorize each char if you have a variable value.
