A simple plugin I saw on a server a while back. I couldn't find any recently updated versions of it, so I decided to recreate it here for use on the most recent version of spigot.
Just type "/send [username]" and you'll send the item in your hand directly to the other person's inventory. Keeps meta data as well, such as enchantments, durability, etc.
Permissions:
send.send: /send
Credit to the original mod makers for the idea!
