Simple Sonar

Description:
Simple Sonar can be used to find what mobs/players are around you. Limited to a set number of uses per hour to avoid players spamming it.

Usage:
/sonar - This will run the sonar command and tell you what is around you and how far. Non-hostile mobs will show blue, hostile mobs will show red and players will show purple.

Permissions:
- sonar.command

Config:
verbose_logging: true - If true, additional logging information will be provided on Console
sonar_radius: 10 - This is the number of blocks radius for sonar to use
sonar_max_hr: 3 - This is the number of uses per hour
