( The simplest auto broadcast plugin )
This is the second version of SAM ! You cannot edit messages from a command. Messages are randomly !

cooldown: 10For add an auto-message, add a new line with
- 'message'

The cooldown is the time in second between two message.
Installation:

type "/reload",
change the config in "/plugins/SimpleAutoMessage/config.yml". We agree, the plugin is quite small ...
