SimpleBroadcasts | 1.8-1.8.8 | With color codes and sounds

This plugin is a simple system of
broadcasts with code colors and
sounds!!
The plugin have's some commands to modify the config, reload the
config and another command to say some to everyone!

-/Ste [Message to everyone without brackets]
-/SbConfig:
-/SbConfig SoundBoolean
Change the boolean that lets a sound play when the
console uses the / ste command.
-/SbConfig PlayerBoolean
Change the Boolean that allows players with the sb.ste
to use the /ste command.
-/SbConfig PrefixChange [Broadcast prefix without brackets]
Here you change the prefix that is displayed the moment the
console uses the /ste command.
-/SbConfig TypeSound
Here you put the type of sound you want to play when the
console uses the /ste command.
-/SbConfig LangSet
Change the language of the plugin.
-/Sb
That shows you info about the plugin.
-/Sb Reload
That reloads the plugin config.

This plugin only have's 5 permissions.
-sb.* It gives you all the permissions of the plugin.
-sb.reload It gives you the permission of reload the config.
-sb.config.modify It gives you the permission of modify the config.
-sb.ste It gives you the permission of say some to everyone!
-sb.help It gives you the permission of see the help.
