SimpleColor

This update adds a config to allow you to change the behavior of the plugin. New config options: - cancel: true/false - Whether the chat/sign should be cancelled if it contains color codes the player can't use - removeCode: true/false - Whether to remove color codes from the resulting sign/message if player doesn't have access to them (instead of just leaving them as &4) - errorMessage: Message to send the player about color codes they don't have access to.
