SimpleHelp | Very Customizable | Very Simple

Hey everyone ! This is the second plugin that I've created and posted. The first plugin has been very successful with over 130+ downloads. Thanks for everything. Please keep in mind that I'm somewhat new to coding. If there anything I can do to help upgrade/expand the plugin, please message me.

Commands:

- /shreload | simplehelp.reload
