This plugin is for one. Separate players' rights to kill and suicide. Nothing extra. It was also developed for versions 1.12.2. and 1.16.3 (for the first to a greater extent). The rest of the versions have not been tested.
Permissions:
kill.other (Gives you the ability to kill yourself)(/kill)
kill.self (Gives the opportunity to kill someone)(/kill *Name*)
