Nice little fun project that put server into "Maintenance Mode" for 1.12.1
(This project is not done whats so ever... yea once its done ill upload to spigot :).

- /mm : opens the GUI

- mm.use : Gives player permissions to open the GUI

- This version just includes the basic, start and stop fully functional, plugin is "done" aka stable to use, ill be adding all the nice fancy looking stuff on the next update, just wanted to have a working/done plugin fully realeased.
