This plugin provides the ability to /mute, /unmute, /kick, /ban, and /unban players. All players previous offenses are recorded in the config file; in the config file you will also find the ability to toggle on/off broadcast for when players get punished. The plugin records punishments via UUID so players cant simply change their names to dodge consequences.
