This plugin allows operators to /setwarp and /delwarp, whereas default players are limited to /warp and /warps. When setting a warp, it will also save yaw and pitch, so be sure to face your desired direction. In the config you are given the option to have default players wait a configurable duration before being warped to avoid warping while in combat.
