SinkOrSwim
SinkOrSwim is a lightweight plugin that (by default) slows down player or boat movement in water three blocks or deeper.
Features
- Slows down player, boat, and ridden animal movement in water
- Configurable water depth threshold and movement speed multiplier
- Support for Depth Strider enchantmet and Water Breathing effects
- Bypass permission for specific players, or while in spectator/creative.
Configuration

speed: 0.75 # Movement speed multiplier (0.0 to 1.0)
depth: 4 # Minimum water depth required for slowdown (in blocks)
