Commands:
• /warp - Warps the player to a provided warp.
• /setwarp - Creates a new warp at the players location.
• /remwarp - Deletes a provided warp.
Permissions:
• warp.warp - use /warp [name]
• warp.setwarp - use /setwarp [name]
• warp.delwarp - use /remwarp [name]
