This plugin does not have any commands and is useless if you're not a developer.

This API is very simple and allows you to change player's skins easily.

How to use it:

Installation:
1. Download
2. You can either download the classes and import them to your code from HERE
or download this as an additional plugin to your server and add it as a dependency to your plugin.
