[Skript] Better Time Management (w/ Config)

Best Feature (In my Opinion):
When Right Clicking with a Clock Item in your hand, the Minecraft-Time will get send to you.

(the following scripts are for Roleplay Servers.)
Planed Releases:
tig_identity
tig_gunserialnumber
tig_build (/build true/false to prevent other players from breaking the map)
tig_minerjob
tig_farmerjob
tig_cleanerjob
tig_searchplayers (based on invsee)
tig_plantweed
tig_job (Displayed like a rank infront of the name in brackets)
tig_sms (with individual number per player)
tig_dispatch (/911 for medics or police)
