Hey with this skript you can broadcast with /bc and all players will see it.
- /bc (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /alert (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /rundruf (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /rundrufe (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /announce (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /broadcast (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /system:bc (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /durchsage (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /Durchsagen (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- /system:broadcast (Message) - Make a broadcast (system.bc)
- Spigot 1.8.8 or newer
- Skript 2.2 Fixes V8b or newer ( https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/skript )
It may be that you get errors then you still need skript addons but I don't know which ones because I used almost all of them
