Skript Chat Manager

I created that skript for my own server because I couldn't find a good plugin for descriptions in black rectangles like that. So I decided to share it.

In the rectangle, you can see my job and my personnal description (lol)

Requirements:
All the required plugins are in the rar file (not vault but vault is easy to find)
- skungee (only if you use bungeecord features. If not, use the version provided in the jar "for only one server")
- sharpsk (for jobs reborn support)
- bensku's skript (v2.2 dev28 or later)
- vault (for prefix, suffix...)

Setup:
In the rar file, there's one version for bungeecord and another for only one server. Use the one that fits for you.
Read and setup the config part of the skript, wich contains configurable punishments, chat-format, blocked-words, sound when a player is called, and options to enable or disable all these functions

Features:
The "(optionnal)" tag means that it can be disabled/enabled in configuration
- Chat with a radius and global-chat (optionnal)
- Per-server chat and global chat (optionnal)
- Prefixes and suffixes are imported from your permission plugin (optionnal) (see screenshot)
- Description when hover over a player name (optionnal) (see screenshot)
- Configurable hover format (see screenshot)
- Job name when hover over a player name (optionnal) (same)
- NoSwear with configurable words and a configurable replacement phrase (optionnal)
- Word Replacer (complete the noswear, configurable in-game only)
- Sound when a player is called and configurable time between two sounds to prevent spam (optionnal)
- AntiSpam with configurable amount of spam before kick/ban/tempban/mute/kill and a configurable kick/ban/tempban/mute reason (optionnal)
- Customisable chat format!
- msg command (can't be disabled )
- Bungeecord support (optionnal, default: true)
- show money and rank when hovering over a player name (optionnal, default true)

Commands:

- /chat Main command. it shows all commands when you do it.
- /chat desc add/set (player) <desc> This command set the description which apear when you hover over a player name. The description can contain spaces and color codes.
- /chat desc remove/delete <player> Remove the description of a player
- /chat replace <word> (replacement-word) If replacement word is not set, the word in the configuration will be set as replacement
- /chat replace clear/remove <word> Your must unter the hidden word, not the replacement one
- /chat whitelist add <word> Add a word to the whitelist. Only works if the blocked word in the whitelisted one was added in-game. (see update notes for an example)
- /chat whitelist remove/delete/clear <word> You can gess what does it means x)
- /chat mute set <player> (time in second) For the good working of the command, the "set" must be put, sorry. If you don't put any time, the mute time in the configuration will be used (by default, 60)
- /chat mute off <player> That command unmute a player.
- /msg <player> <message> OR /msg <player> <message> Send a message to a player, works with bungeecord.
-/r <message> same than essentials command: answear to the last sender.
-/chat global If one of the two types of global chat is enabled, this command will let you switch from global chat to local chat (or the opposite)

Permission:

chat.admin Allow the user to spam and say bad words :)
chat.color Allow the user to use color codes in his messages
chat.desc Allow the user to do the "/chat desc" command
chat.mute Allow the user to use the "/chat mute" command
chat.replace Allow the user to use the "/chat replace" command
chat.whitelist Allow the user to use the "/chat whitelist" command
chat.global Allow the user to change from global talk to local talk and vice versa

Planned:
- Total re-build of commands to make all commands begining with /chat, and a help page.
-Configurable punishment for the AntiSpam and the NoSwear (and maybe bad behaviour points, but later)
- Modification of the NoSwear (in-game AND file config, if possible)
- Show an help when executing a command not properly
- "/msg <player>" command
- Customisable chat format
