1.1Respawn the EnderDragon using dragon eggs. With cooldowns and permissions!
A skript to allow players to spawn an EnderDragon using a dragon egg.

Features:
• Right click dragon eggs to summon dragon
• Only usable in the end
• Configurable cooldown, default 24 hours
• Remove old end portals when new dragon spawns
• '/eggtimer' command to view time until your next respawn
• Permissions
• Respawn effects
Permissions:
• der.use - Allow respawning of dragons
• der.notify - Notify players when dragon has been respawned
