Dependencies:
Skript
SkQuery
skRayFall
Commands:
/hubset <name> <VIP (true/false)> - Sets a hub at your location
/hub <name> <VIP (true/false)> - Teleports you
/hubdel <name> <VIP (true/false)> - Deletes a hub
Permissions:
hubzplus.set - Able to use command '/hubset'
hubzplus.del - Able to use command '/hubdel'
hubzplus.viphub - Able to teleport to VIP hubs.

TO-DO:
Add a GUI list of all the hubs.
Add GUI Option lists.
Add a Option for VIP hubs.
