[Skript] Rank Info [FAST]

This simple script will allow you to explain each rank you have on your server easily and without hundreds of hours lost when people ask the same question over and over again "How does <x> rank work", "How can I get <x> rank?", "Why does <p> get <x> rank?". All of these questions and many more, can be solved with the simple answer of: "Do /rankinfo <x>". The simple way, and free forever.
