[SKRIPT] RankGUI for PermissionsEX

RANK GUI

This new RankGUI made with Skript is used with PermissionsEX to allow you to easily move people from rank to rank. There will be more features in the furture however for now it has a SafeOP feature allowing you to make sure you are opping the right person or making the right decision. You can also add more ranks onto the other page, as of right now I only have generic staff ranks. It's also completely customizable, however, I will make it easier as I make more updates (sorry if it's complex).

That's it! Pretty generic plugins for your server so should be easy to handle!
