This is a simple script for report player abuse.
Simple of install, simple of use.
On player use command /report , this script send chat message to staff (players with permission report.receive)

/report [name] [reason]
Permission:
- toxic.report.use (for acces to use the /report command)
- toxic.report.receive (for acces to receive the report messages)
The script is tested on: Spigot 1.14 R0.1
