SkyPerms

SkyPerms v1.1 is a small bug fixing update. Fixes: - reload command calls the plugin SkyPerms now instead of Whispermissions - user add command properly updates the player's permissions - if a user is in a group with the permission node * any user specific permissions such as -essentials.godmode are now properly applied. Previously this was set up backwards causing group perms to overwrite user perms instead of user perms overwriting group perms. - removed unnecessary code related to the prefix in the permission manager - the permission node checked in the commands is now correct. Previously it was checking for a permission node title Whispermission.command, but it should've been SkyPerms.admin. This caused only opped players to have access. It no longer does this. Players with SkyPerms.admin or SkyPerms.* will correctly have command access, The plugin was originally called Whispermissions as it was simply something I hadn't planned on releasing. But after making it a fully functional plugin, I decided to give it a better name and do so. I simply forgot to rename a few components.
