SlashMe

This simple plugin allows a player who has the "slashme.use" permission node to use the /me command which then sends a customizable message to all online players.

The config contains a single line called Format. It accepts all bukkit color/format codes and uses two placeholders:
%player% is the unaltered IGN of the player who typed /me
%message% is everything they typed after /me

The entire Format string must be contained within "quotes" for example:

Format: "&9&o%player% %message%"
