Slimechunk

This is a simple plugin that checks if the chunk of the command executor is a slime chunk

the command is: /slimechunk
permission: slimechunk.check
default: true

this is my first plugin on spigotmc.org and also the first time writing a description, please don't hate :]

oke so I have found a difference of one chunk between my plugin and chunkbase.com, I'm currently investigating if chunkbase is inaccurate or my plugin.
