Hello, Spigot!

Today I'll be releasing a completely untested and almost certainly bug-ridden version of a new project I've been working on!

As of right now, this plugin offers the following:
- Filter words/links from chat (At admin's discretion)
- Option to configure many of the default Minecraft messages, many more to come.
- Heal, Feed, Fly, and a configuration editing command. (More commands are being added as time goes on.)

Soon, this plugin will offer:
- Nearly All/All messages to be customized
- More custom commands to make general management easier (vanishing, new message command/customizable /msg layout, staffchat, nicknames/random names, etc.
- Other fun stuff that I haven't decided on yet
Commands!
/fly - Fly around and stuff
/heal - Heal yourself or a target user
/feed - Feed yourself or a target user
/smx - Magic administrative command

Permissions!

smx.  bypassfilter   // Bypass the chat filter  
smx.  heal   // Heal the sender or a target user  
smx.  feed   // Feed the sender or a target user  
smx.  fly   // Allow the sender to enable/disable flight  
smx.  admin   // Give the user full administrative power over the plug-in

Also, please tell me if something is broken so I can fix it ASAP! As stated, I haven't had time to really test this so I'm relying on others to let me know how well things are functioning.
